Gray Tier Technologies, LLC (Gray Tier), a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB), GSA HCAS certified in all 5 concerns, and International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 standards services certified, recently secured its first Prime contract on a 5-year multiple-award $300M+ BPA to provide a range of Cybersecurity and Privacy Support services to the DoEd and the Federal Student Aid Office. This contract was competed as a small business set-aside.
Gray Tier delivers innovative cybersecurity solutions (Offensive and Defensive) and services in support of DoED-FSA, Department of Defense (DoD), IC, other Federal customers, and the commercial/private sector. Gray Tier offers a proactive red team, penetration testing, and threat emulation assessment that keeps pace with the evolving threat landscape and sophistication of attacks.
“This proposal was submitted in the Fall of 2020, so it has been a long journey waiting for this Prime award, and I could not be more pleased with the outcome for the Gray Tier Team. Gray Tier believes that cyber defense cannot be stagnant. Cybersecurity operations must be agile, modular, continuously tested, and apply adversarial mindset analysis to be proactive. Our predictive and risk-based solution maintains continuous awareness and understanding of the ever-evolving cyber threat landscape and its increasing sophistication level of attacks.” says Founder and CEO, James Icenogle.
Beyond this work, led by Founder/CEO, James Icenogle, Gray Tier has built out a portfolio of past performance that cuts across the broader Federal Civilian sector, including at DHS, CISA, FDIC, and NOAA. Gray Tier is excited about future Prime opportunities and putting together solid bids for the several Call Orders slated to be released in the next few months across the FSA BPA.
